Do you offer In-Person or Online classes ?

Both. We provide a free 45min evaluation for the students and provide the recommendation for the mode and frequency of the tutoring required for the student.  However,  we provide complete flexibility for the student and the parent to decide what works for them best.

How long is the session?

It depends on the course chosen. For APCSA and other school courses, session can be chosen for either 60 or 75 minutes.

For advanced courses, sessions can run longer hours. Again, we provide flexibility to curate the duration based on your situation.

Is there any long-term commitment?

No, there is no long-term commitment required. If you decide to discontinue your tutoring sessions, any balance will be refunded. We aim to provide flexibility to meet your learning needs.

What courses do you offer at Code Scholars Tutoring?

We offer a variety of courses including Introduction to Java Programming(Freshmen), AP Computer Science A (APCSA Sophomore/Junior), AP Computer Science Principles(APCSP Sophomore/Junior), AT Computer Science (Junior/Senior), Python Programming, USACO Bronze, Competitive programming in Java, AWS Cloud Certification, Azure Cloud Certification, Java, and Full Stack Programming.

How familiar are you with the AP Computer Science A exam format?

With over 12 years of tutoring experience, we are very familiar with the MCQ and FRQ formats of the AP Computer Science A exam that the College Board has asked for over the past years.

Can beginners enroll in your courses?

Absolutely! Our AP Computer Science A course is perfect for beginners, providing a solid foundation in key concepts and computational thinking.

Do you offer courses in competitive programming?

Yes, we have a specialized training program for the USA Computing Olympiad (USACO) Bronze level, which helps students develop problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking.

What programming languages can I learn at Code Scholars Tutoring?

We teach a range of programming languages, including Full Staack Programming and Java. Our Full Stack Programming course covers both front-end and back-end development.

Are there courses available for advanced learners?

For advanced learners, we offer specialized courses in AWS and Azure Cloud Services and Architecture, designed to provide expertise in cloud computing.
