Learn the reasoning behind the calculations
Our eight-unit sequence follows the College Board framework. Students move among equations, graphs, tables, and verbal models, and learn to explain why a theorem applies. Lessons pair exact symbolic methods with numerical estimates, sign charts, and contextual interpretations.
Be comfortable with algebra, factoring, rational expressions, exponents and logarithms, function composition and inverses, and radian trigonometry. You should be able to interpret polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic, trigonometric, and piecewise graphs. A graphing calculator is used for numerical roots, derivatives, and definite integrals.
Each lesson includes an explanation, a formula with conditions, a worked example, and a self-check with a solution. Unit quizzes mix computation and conceptual reasoning. Written practice develops theorem-based justification, units, sign-change arguments, and integral setup. These unit sets are practice collections rather than full-length mock exams.
