Code Scholars Tutoring is operated by CLOUDDATALOGIC LLC. These terms apply to our text messaging program for adults using US mobile numbers.
SMS Terms
You may separately opt in to automated appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and cancellations, or to recurring automated promotional texts about Computer Science and Math courses, enrollment, and offers. Consent to appointment texts does not authorize marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchase or tutoring. You must be 18 or older and the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide.
Frequency and charges
Appointment message frequency depends on your bookings. Marketing message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed; participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on texts as your only record of an appointment.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from messages sent by that number. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, email contact@codescholarstutoring.com, or call 609-991-5490. You can also contact us to withdraw consent or change category preferences. Withdrawing text consent does not cancel tutoring appointments. Tell us if you change or give up your mobile number.
Privacy and records
We retain your submitted selections, contact details, timestamp, source, and the consent wording shown as evidence of your choices. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting message delivery and recordkeeping may process information on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.
